You read the title right!
To become a genetics assistant, you will need to go through training from me which includes gazing through a few guides, practicing every day, etc.
It's not an easy job but it can be a fun and challenging one!
Once you complete and master genetics you will be given the title of Genetics Assistant, and while you are still learning you will be given the title, Genetics Assistant-In-Training.
With becoming a genetics assistant you will be given a label. For example; the Moderator or Global Moderator label that appears on the bottom of their usernames.
