Site-Wide Mass Demotion

A few cats had appeared out of the blink of an eye, their paws placed firmly against the ground. The one in the middle took a step forward, clearing her throat. She looked as if she was from Starclan, but none of them didn't really know where she actually came from, however her pelt did look as if a Starclan cats.
"All high positions are demoted! Due to this, clans will began to solve and decide things by voting until the next leader is chosen of each clan. Please, do not try to boss clan members around, simply decide things by voting in a calm way." the spirit spoke aloud, hovering her voice so all may hear. The clans had gone extremely inactive and so did their leaders and high positions, so with that came demotion.
With that over, the three spirits faded away into the clear vast air.
Note;;
I decided that it would be nice to start over with high positions since the site went pretty inactive. This would also give everyone a fair chance to earn a High Position in the clans. All guides will be updated in the clans again and hopefully all clans will become active, same with the site itself!
Also, all meeting threads will be deleted an or locked but the past leaders will be listed in the guides!
