spearmint had experienced a very insufficient morning, or at least by her standards. she had consumed a bad-tasting mouse, spilled blood over her pelt, and worst of all, had gotten attacked by a chihuahua that looked very alike to the one that had maimed the ex-deputy's adopted sister. to take her mind off everything (except for the puppy attack, that's going to leave a permanent mark), spear had come to the conclusion that she was to go to any places that weren't as accident-prone as her, but she doubted it. even talking, the slightest hint of her loquacious self in the forest, she might just start a stampede of quartercolt's and highnote's. she didn't like a lihorse (liger horse) stampede to occur because of her bad luck (even if she didn't believe in it), and if she had attempted to so much as look at a tree, it might as well come crashing down.
however, we have not come here to see spearmint's dreadful fails, but we are here to witness something that she had never have done if she had continued to not believe in luck.
the ex-deputy went far into jungleclan's labyrinth of a jungle, and had come across a dead body. well, a lot of wars can go on in clans without them knowing, so she assumed that it was nothing. to have some fun, she poked it a little, tickled it, then stuck a toe in the dead tiger's nostril for laughs. it did lighten her spirits, but afterwards, she had walked past the forest some more, and at once had not felt ground underneath her. no wonder the wind was whistling as loud as it could in her ears, and more of it was lashing at her paws, as it was quite a breezy day. she was falling to her death, which was the worst case scenario, but, instead, had broken half of her legs as she had landed back on the solid earth. what was more, she had hit her head on a rock and some blood leaked out of her forehead. the world turned into a mass of darkness and nothingness, just black.
ooc + i wanted to try something out, though she will remember again soon.
