THE VATICAN
The Beginning and Intro
The Vatican was started long ago by a male known as Long Shadow. His own home was dusty and and plagued with many dust storms that sent any creature scurrying for cover. As expected the male sandcat grew tired of such a place and longed for something more cooling and vibrant. Lush with leaves and trees with water flowing from every which direction. It took a great amount of courage for the small feline to adventure by himself but he sucked it up and did what he had to to escape the mundane life he held. Upon his journeys of course he meet many and a realization hit him. Why not make a small band to living in a great place and all it home. Soon Long began his conquest and gathered any of those that would listen to him and after a God visited him...he would never doubt that what he did was wrong. Gathering as many followers as he could in the name of his God Sammanus he ventured forth and settled upon the mountains in a black castle that casted a dark shadow over the place. After a long reign it is now up to Lapis Lazuli to hold the Vatican together.
The Territory
The Vatican's territory consists of a lush forest mountain terrain full of pines and very large redwood oaks. The mountains are large and because of the altitude they see cold winters and mild summers. On a slightly steep cliff side sits a black castle that has tall towers and structures which the group makes its home within calling it camp. Many members have their own rooms and family towers there. Within the forested area there are many smaller lakes but two noticed ones are Blackstar Lake and Silvertongue Pond. Each one can be visited at anytime for swimming and playing games.
Curving up a path from the Nocturnal Castle itself is a way to a shrine that is and will always be dedicated to the God of Nocturnal Thunder Sammanus known as Ever Shrine. There are three levels of the Castle itself. Of course the castle has a dungeon for keeping prisoners and it is very damp down there so prisoners often get sick. And enclosing the courtyard of the castle from its forest surroundings is a large and imposing black iron fence with pointed ends. The gates stay open most of the time unless they are under attack.

Ranks
Harbinger(s)- This is the leader of the Vatican and they have all of the power to lead the group. They do often listen to the input and ideas of their subjects. Have the power to promote, demote, and call meetings as well as have raids. Lapis Lazuli
Legate(s)- These are Vice leaders and act as personal advisors to the Harbinger. They have almost the same amount of power as the leader but must contact the harbinger to do meetings, promotions, and demotions. Stark Alimoris
Regent(s)- As implied these are the deputies of the group and are allowed to lead raids after consulting the harbinger. They have power but must be active in their duties.
Sentry- These are the guards that look over the prisoners and patrol the borders when they can. They hold patrols and do what they must to keep the Vatican safe.
Botanist- Almost self explanatory they are the ones that help keep animals in tip top shape and heal hte sick and wounded. Also deal in the trade of poison.
Botanist in Training- Those training to become full Botanist. Learning the skill of both healing and poisoning.
