The black smoke tabby moved toward what he hoped was the small stretch of forest. Since he had been promoted to Medic he needed to go and find some herbs to stock up on. Stage glanced around a little bit lost in his barrings but he flicked his ears and listened. He could hear the gentle rustle of leaves on trees and the swaying of the grass from the wind. His head turned slightly so he could gauge how far it was from his current position before he trudged on and moved further into the forest. The first plant he was going to look for was marigold and since he couldn't find from the bright yellow color he was told it had he was going to go from scent. It held a sweet aroma and he moved closer till his nose was touching the flowering herb. "Found'cha." He muttered almost playfully as he pulled the basket around that hung from his tail and started to pluck the herb and settle it in.

"hello, stage," came vinepaw as he trotted over silently. he wore a smug grin on his face as he twisted a daisy and smelled it, handing it over to the medic. he didn't like daises as much as any other man, but he was rather fond of borage with the star-shaped pink flowers.

The calico padded over, dipping her head in greeting with a grin.

Stage angled his ear back to catch Vine's voice and he blinked a bit. "Hey Vine. What's up with the daisy?" He asked before he dipped his head to Highnote as he heard her approach. His next task was finding Borage and Burdock as he put as much Marigold as he could into his basket.

"I'm not very fond of daises, stage-y," the feline meowed with a shake of his head. nope, nope. they weren't his thing and never will be. pink borage was the new sunflowers these days, and that was what he was sticking to.
