maybe they can find a docked and unharmed or slightly unharmed boat and accidentally float off to sea, seeing as they don't have a lot of members?
or orca can suggest floating off to sea in a boat he found and invited everyone to come, because he wanted to recruit more members, and suddenly they get stranded, then bumping into a remote island where they call that place home for a while before going back?

I was thinking that maybe a hurricane could flood their territory so then they would have to move to a new territory? Still working out the details with the new territory.
Any thoughts or additions to this?

Maybe like they do in The Insignia, there could be Captains (feel frees to change the name) of the Army, Air Force, Marines, and Navy. Maybe even have a higher rank than that called the SEALS like they do in the military.
